Cancellation and refund policy
At Pingüino Travels we want to offer you the best possible experience. For this reason, we ask you to consider our cancellation terms.
Cancellation with 24 hours or more in advance
You may request a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours in advance
No refund will apply, due to the operating expenses and commitments previously acquired to run the activity, including access tickets, guide advances, and logistics.
No show
If the traveler does not show up at the meeting point at the established time, no refund will apply.
Cancellations by Pingüino Travels
If the activity is cancelled by us, including cases where the required minimum of participants is not reached, a 100% refund of the amounts paid will be issued.
How to request a cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made through the official Pingüino Travels service channels. The deadline is calculated based on the scheduled activity start time.
